Description
Casa Agrícola consists of 5 beautiful 1-bedroom apartments, with a maximum capacity of 4 people, well decorated and functional.
The apartments are mostly on the ground floor, with garden and pool views. This is the case for apartments No. 3, 4 and 5. Apartment No. 1 is also on the ground floor, but is located near the entrance facing the parking area.
On the first floor, apartment No. 2 benefits from a dual aspect, with pool views and also a beautiful view of the sea and Algarve mountains.
The apartments are well equipped and decorated, including double glazing and air conditioning.
Bedrooms
All the apartments have double beds.
Bathrooms
Two apartments have bathrooms with bathtubs, the other 3 have showers. All have sink, bidet and toilet.
Living Rooms
Living rooms feature sofa beds for 2 people, individual sofas and satellite TV.
Kitchens
Kitchens are well equipped with all necessary utensils, as well as stove, refrigerator, mini oven and kettle.
Terraces
All apartments have air conditioning in living rooms and bedrooms, as well as double glazing and terraces with table and chairs.
Exterior
There are also 2 saltwater pools (one for adults and one for children), 2 BBQs for common use, a laundry room and clotheslines for common use and 5 private parking spaces.
In the beautiful gardens with lawns and corners, decorative ornaments and orange trees, you can have fun playing table tennis, or play with your children on the slide and swing in the playground.
Fresh oranges just picked will be placed in each apartment upon arrival!

Booking Conditions
- 50% deposit to make the reservation
- Remaining payment due 6 weeks before arrival date
- A €100 damage deposit is required – to be paid by check on arrival (this will be returned by mail if there are no damages)
Rental
When booking the apartment you must pay 50% of the total value. The full amount must be paid one month before the entry date.
Minimum booking is 7 nights.
A full refund will be given if cancellation occurs within two days of booking. After full payment, only 50% will be refunded.
